Mulayam sidelined by Congress

NDTV.com: "While most of the Congress allies were making their way to the dinner hosted by Sonia Gandhi, Mulayam was on his way back to Lucknow. He was not personally invited for the dinner by the Congress President. 'I have already said that those who have to form the government, have to decide whom to include.
