Naperville || The Official Site of the City of Naperville: "This ordinance, designed to alleviate traffic along the Riverwalk, is in effect from May through September. It prohibits cars from cruising on Jackson and Jefferson Avenues between Main and West Streets more than twice in a three-hour period. Enforced everyday of the week from 7 p.m. to 1 a.m. Violators will be ticketed and fined."
