NEW HAMPSHIRE: SEXUAL HARASSMENT ACCUSATION
The New York Times > National > National Briefings: "Attorney General Peter W. Heed resigned after being accused of sexual harassment. The resignation stems from an accusation of inappropriate behavior at a domestic-violence conference last month, said a spokeswoman for Gov. Craig Benson, who accepted Mr. Heed's resignation. A county prosecutor is investigating the accusation Mr. Heed, left, was named attorney general in February 2003; his resignation is effective at the end of June"
