A state-wide campaign would be undertaken shortly by the `Manithaneya Nallinakka Perumanram' to mobilise public opinion on the formation of an exclusive Commission to probe the STF's `atrocities' against innocents, under the guise of nabbing Veerappan, Mr. Nedumaran, said participating in a function here on Tuesday, held to felicitate the emissaries.
