NDTV.com - Stampede at New Delhi station, 5 killed: "Five women were killed and several others injured in a stampede at the New Delhi railway Station on Saturday.
The mishap took place at Platform Number 2 of the New Delhi railway station when hundreds of passengers tried to board the Jan Sadharan Express to Patna, known as the poor man's Rajdhani.
The usually overloaded train, which is a totally unreserved fast train had even more passengers today, most of them on their way home for the Chhath Puja."
