The Week

The Week: It is high time that Indian politicians practised the Coughlin’s Law. It says, "Don’t talk unless you can improve the silence". We do not believe in the advice of Talleyrand that "speech was meant for man to conceal his thoughts". Not that we do not have role models in brevity. Aldous Huxley described Dr Radhakrishnan as, "the master of words and no words."
