NDTV: "India's Navpreet Singh bagged the silver medal in the men's shot put at the 16th Asian Athletics Championship at Incheon City today. Navpreet's fifth throw of 19.40 metres, his best effort of the season, placed him just five centimetres behind eventual gold medallist Khaled Al-Suwaidi of Qatar and well clear of Qi Zhang of China who finished third clearing a distance of 19.02 metres.
Another Indian in the fray, Shakti Singh finished seventh with a best effort of 17.88 metres. (PTI) "
