Nice movie, great story line... better than the last one... need to
create at least 1 version that is 30 secs...
My score 8/10...
Improvements
- keep either the web address or toll free number on for longer; it is
too short to take note
- in fact leave the web address on all times...
- where is the WAH branding, we don't use www.workanhour.org/com
- we should add more subliminal text around... else it gets too abstract

WAH2002 1 min film is now on line precisely on schedule.
We were running ahead of schedule until Srikanth asked
last week for including a 30 sec clip also for Zee TV. This sent the
team back to the drawing board and we ran into some
studio availablity issues. In any case, John, Geetha et al
have turned on a dime at moment's notice and worked to
get 6 versions of the film.
Manoj is working on overseeing the uploading on to Datastore
and adding links to the ashanet media page.
At this time there are two ways of accessing the 1 min film.

Download the 10.3 MB file and play using Windows Media player.
I have tried this and the 10.3 MB works. I had difficulty with the 7.8,
3.97
MB versions.

On a scale of 1 to 10 rate this film. 1 being a flop and 10 being
excellent.
We will use the feedback to improve WAH2003 films.
Also Vijay of Asha Seattle has completed nearly 3 Asha films
with Sivakumar, Mani Ratnam's assistant. These should be
available online soon as well making for a very rich set of
films to use for Asha publicity.

Story - John Vijay & DP Prakash

_ film opens with an Asha girl , rushing to catch her bus/boat to school
- she crosses railway tracks,runs towards the bus/boat
- slipper comes off, slips and misses the bus/boat
- Asha girl looks dissapointed
- flower boy selling flowers off of his cycle, offers a lift in his
cycle
- they come accross, laboring boy in a construction site
(title:architect..of the future)
- a girl taking care of a wounded goat (title:doctor ..upcoming)
- flower boy drops the girl at the school
- kids enthusiastically jumping up to answer "present sir" for
attendance
call
- flower boy wants to join in
- Asha girl says no..teacher is a disciplinarian
- flower boy looks dissapointed...Wants to be part of the school kids
- goes inside the school ....looks at the kids ..dreams of being part of
the
class
evening:
-girl returns from school
- the other two kids (doctor/architect) also in the shot coming back
home
- flower boy in the flower shop looks
- Asha girl studies under the lamp post
- current goes off, there is darkness
- flower boy walks in with his haricane lamp...brings in light..symbolic
