Tamil Nadu govt. picks 'Future Champions' for grooming .:. NewKerala - India's Top Online Newspaper: "Twenty sportspersons selected under the 'Future Champions scheme' of the Tamil Nadu government, received the 'orders' from Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa here today.

The orders were given to the sportspersons by Ms Jayalalithaa herself at the State Secretariat here, an official press release said.

The sportspersons included S Radhika, A Jency, P Lakshmi (athletics), R Vijay Anand (badminton), A Sivabalan, N Senthilkumar (hockey), Srushti (Roller skating), N Venkateswaran, Adithi Malavika (swimming), R Prithviraj Thondaiman, A Venkatram (shooting), B Aparajitha, A Anka (squash), N Vijay Sundar Prasanth, Nityesh Nataraj, N Sriram Balaji (tennis) and K Shamini, G Sathyan and K Aishwarya (table tennis)."
