NDTV: "The National Organisation for Tobacco Eradication has sent a notice to actor Amitabh Bachchan for smoking a cigar in a hoarding of the film Family.
The notice, which has been served under Section 5 (1), says, "No person having control over a medium shall cause to advertise tobacco products which directly or indirectly suggests or promotes their use or consumption."
The Goa police have also been made a party to the legal notice for their failure to bring down the hoardings put across the union territory."
