NDTV.com: AP gives special status to Tirumala: "The Andhra Pradesh government has notified an ordinance that says the seven hills of Tirumala are a place of worship only for Hindus.
For quite some time now, Chief Minister Y S Rajasekhara Reddy, who is a practising Christian, has been accused of turning a blind eye to activity propogating Christianity in Tirumala."
