Surya's brother to debut

Behindwoods: "Karthi will be making his debut in Paruthiveeran. Karthi holds an MS degree in Engineering from the USA. But he returned home to work under Mani Ratnam in Ayudha Ezhuthu and Yuva. Then it was but a small leap to acting. Being a new generation actor, he waited for a role he believed in. Hence, when Ameer approached him, he gladly accepted the project.
