The traditional north African dish was made from 2,600 kilos (5,732 lb) of dry semolina, meat from 100 sheep and 1.5 tonnes of vegetables. It was made using a custom-made couscoussier, or traditional cooking pot for couscous, which was 14ft (4.3m) wide and 26ft (8m) deep. Organisers said the finished dish could feed 22,000 guests."
