Film on AIDS set for release

NDTV: "Ek Alag Mausam, a film by K P Sasi on the lives of the HIV positive, is all set for release next Friday. The film, scripted by Mahesh Dattani, was the idea of the NGO Action Aid to increase awareness and understanding of the lives of people with AIDS. It's essentially a love story and the protagonists are people dealing with AIDS in their daily lives.

The cast of the film includes Nandita Das, Rajit Kapoor, Anupam Kher and Renuka Shahane. The filmmaker hopes it will help make people more sensitive to the discrimination suffered by the HIV positive."
