NDTV: "Karisma Kapoor's lawyer has filed a reply petition in the High Court.
In her reply, Karisma has said that she left Delhi only because of her Delhi based husband Sanjay Kapur.
She claims that he deserted her and has not given her any sort of emotional or financial support. She said the passport she applied for was done according to the norms and that Sanjay was using their daughter as a pawn to settle scores.
Sanjay Kapur had filed a petition to prevent Karisma from taking their four-month-old daughter Samaira abroad.
The fairy tale wedding of one of Bollywood's most successful actress soured in just about two years and barely a month after the birth of their daughter, Karisma moved back to Mumbai."
